Let's Take a Walk

E is learning how to walk. "Let's take a walk" is a phrase that Hubby and I say to her, pretty regularly. She holds onto our fingers with her little hands and we walk around the house together. When I look down at her teeny, tiny feet, I think it's amazing that she'll soon walk on them. They seem so small, how can they possibly hold her up? And today I had a thought.....She'll not only walk on them. One day, E will:

Walk
Run
Skip
Jump
Hopscotch
Dance
Twirl
Tiptoe
March, maybe in the band like Mama or in the military like Papa.

She'll do so many wonderful things. All on those teeny, tiny feet. But first, she'll learn how to walk.
